Blog Here or Blog There

So I started this blog in the hopes that I could somehow link it with my live journal blog ( http://cdgred-umbrella.livejournal.com ), but so far I have not been able to figure out how to crosspost between the two. Anyone stopping by this blog have any suggestions? For now, I hope my friends/followers will go to my LJ blog (I'm a member of the fabulous Tenners group -- 2010 debut authors -- so I like blogging over there) or visit my website www.christinagonzalez.com to see what's going on with me and my book, The Red Umbrella (release date May 12, 2010).

Just Do It

Writing, does everyone have a story to tell/write? Apparently so. It seems that now that my first novel is being published, friends/aquaintances/strangers keep telling me how they have a story that they would love to write. My advice... just do it. Even if your book is never published and you discover that *wow* writing a book isn't easy, how will you know if that little voice calling you to put pen to paper (or calling you to your computer's keyboard) isn't your true passion. When I started writing I found that THIS is what I always wanted to do. How about you? Are you doing what you love?
